Situated in the peaceful leafy suburb of Ramsgate, just a stone's throw from Southbroom beach, Ramsgate Dunes is ideally located for a seaside holiday. Stroll 100m to the beach and it's adjoining lagoon of the Mbizane River, enjoy lunch, drinks and ice-creams at the seaside restaurant, bar and tuck shop, or saunter 10 minutes to the Lifestyle Village with a selection of fine restaurants and pizzeria. Just a 1km drive to the south is the famous Pistols Saloon and the Riverbend Crocodile Farm, and 2km to the north is the Ramsgate Village with the popular Waffle House and a wide selection of restaurants and pubs. Margate, with its cocktail bars, nightclubs and seasonal entertainment is a 10 minute drive away or you may want to explore the surrounding areas and visit the many local attractions, such as our nine world class golf courses, the Wild Coast Sun casino and water amusement park, the magnificent Oribi Gorge, our world famous diving sites, snake parks and crocodile farms and motor racing track - to name but a few.
This duplex townhouse unit is ideally located within the complex - across from the swimming pool and clubhouse (with table tennis), and close to the pedestrian gate to the beach. It comfortably sleeps eight guests in three upstairs bedrooms - two with queen sized beds and the third with two pairs of bunk beds. There is also a cot for guests with babies. All the bedrooms have sliding shutters over the windows, allowing the sea breeze in while keeping you secure and blocked from the sun rising over the ocean. The main bedroom has a small balcony and an en-suite washroom with a bath, and there is a second washroom with a shower, plus a guest loo downstairs. The unit offers spacious living areas downstairs with a large, fully equipped modern kitchen (including dishwasher) overlooking a granite breakfast counter to a eight seater dining room and a generous covered sunny patio with built in braai. A separate lounge is comfortably appointed with leather furniture and flat screen television with DSTV (limited channels) and DVD player.
The townhouse has a lock up garage and parking in front of the unit for an additional car and trailer. The complex is well secured, with electric gates and fences and seasonal patrolling guards. All linen is provided for the eight beds but please bring your own bathroom and beach towels. The DSTV selection can be upgraded by bringing your own, or by hiring, a full bouquet decoder. The unit is not serviced unless by arrangement.

As we accept reservations through various mediums on a first come first served basis we cannot guarantee that accommodation displayed as available online will still be available at the time a reservation is requested.
Rates advertised serve as a guideline only and may exclude booking and service fees and breakage deposits. We will contact you with a final, all inclusive quote for your consideration.
A fifty percent deposit is required to secure any booking and the balance is payable 30 days prior to occupation. Accordingly if a booking is made to commence within 30 days then full payment is required.
The fifty percent deposit is non-refundable and the balance is refunded, less administration fees, only if the unit is subsequently booked for the same period.
We do not allow any persons under the age of 21 to occupy any unit without adult supervision. Should we find unsupervised minors occupying any units, they will be evicted without a refund.
Overcrowding is not allowed. The maximum number of persons allowed, including children, may not exceed the maximum number of guests indicated for the unit. Should we find overcrowding the entire party will be evicted without refund.
