Situated on a gentle lagoon flowing onto Margate's main beach just a stone's throw away, this modern complex is ideally situated for strolling to sea without crossing roads or entering the bustling town.  Apart from seasonal entertainment with popular musicians, the beach is a hive of year round activity with a funfair, public swimming pools, seaside restaurants and cocktail bars.  The adjacent town offers a wide selection of takeaways, restaurants, bars and night clubs and you'll only want for a car to visit the South Coast's regional attractions like the breathtaking Oribi Gorge, Dezzi raceway, several world class golf courses, famous diving sites, game reserves and adrenalin activities.  The complex offers a swimming pool and communal braai area set amongst green lawns for the kids to play, if they are not fishing on the lagoon in front of your balcony. 

This contemporary air conditioned apartment is perfectly situated in the corner of the complex on the first floor to offer the best sea, beach and breaker views, overlooking the lagoon below.  It comfortably sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each with aircon, and offers two bathrooms - one en-suite to the main bedroom (with bath) and a second shared between the other two bedrooms (with shower).  The main bedroom opens through sliding doors onto the balcony and has a double bed while the second the third bedroom have a double and two single beds respectively.  Each bedroom has rosewood headboards and bedside tables, a dressing table and ample cupboard space. 

The living area comprises a large granite kitchen fully equipped for all your day to day cooking needs and a tumble dryer for wet beach towels; which is open plan over a voluminous breakfast counter to a comfortable lounge with leather lounge suite and a 40" flat screen television with a DVD player and DSTV with the Family Bouquet (60 video and 40 audio channels). The lounge leads through sliding doors onto a large partially covered balcony with a patio suite, sun lounger, private braai and wonderful lagoon and sea views. 

The apartment is very secure with trellis security gates on all windows and doors and the complex is fully protected  with palisade and electric fencing and remote controlled access gates.  There is secure (uncovered) parking for two vehicles.  Linen is provided for all the beds but guests should bring their own beach and bath towels.  Daily servicing is available on request (subject to availability and additional charge) but the unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and equipped with a complimentary starter kit of toilet paper, bathroom and dishwashing soaps.

Booking terms
  1. As we accept reservations through various mediums on a first come first served basis we cannot guarantee that accommodation displayed as available online will still be available at the time a reservation is requested.

  2. Rates advertised serve as a guideline only and may exclude booking and service fees and breakage deposits. We will contact you with a final, all inclusive quote for your consideration.

  3. A fifty percent deposit is required to secure any booking and the balance is payable 30 days prior to occupation. Accordingly if a booking is made to commence within 30 days then full payment is required.

  4. The fifty percent deposit is non-refundable and the balance is refunded, less administration fees, only if the unit is subsequently booked for the same period.

  5. We do not allow any persons under the age of 21 to occupy any unit without adult supervision. Should we find unsupervised minors occupying any units, they will be evicted without a refund.

  6. Overcrowding is not allowed. The maximum number of persons allowed, including children, may not exceed the maximum number of guests indicated for the unit. Should we find overcrowding the entire party will be evicted without refund.
