Situated on the Margate sea shore in front of the popular fishing pier, Dolphin View apartments offer uninterrupted and endless views over Margate main beach, the coastline and ocean beyond. While the front of the complex offers direct access to the sea, the rear of the complex adjoins the main road of the holiday town, giving direct access to a wide selection of shops, eateries, pubs and entertainment activities for the whole family. Except for visiting the abundance of activities and outings available on the South Coast, you will have no need for a car during your stay as everything you'll want and need for a perfect seaside holiday is on your doorstep. Although each unit has private braai facilities there is also a communal area with lawns for kids and the more social holiday makers.
Our budget apartment at Dolphin View offers value-for-money accommodation in an ideal location. It is situated on the third floor at the seaside end of the building, capitalising on the wonderful views. With two bedrooms and sleeper couches in the lounge it comfortably accommodates six guests - the main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom two single beds, and the two separate single sleeper couches in the living area. The full bathroom has both a shower and a bath. The kitchen is well equipped for all your day to day cooking and catering needs, including an extra deep freezer for your fishing catches and an indoor dining table to enjoy them at. It is open plan to a comfortable lounge area with flat screen television and DSTV (Family bouquet with 60 video and 40 audio channels). The main bedroom and lounge have great sea views and open through sliding doors onto a large covered balcony with an outdoor dining suite, built-in charcoal braai, and of course those breathtaking sea views.
The complex is secure with remote controlled electric gate entrance and the unit is allocated two undercover parking bays (in tandem). Linen is provided for all the beds and sleeper couches but guests should bring their own beach and bath towels. Daily servicing is available on request (subject to availability and additional charge) but the unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and equipped with a complimentary starter kit of toilet paper, bathroom and dishwashing soaps.

As we accept reservations through various mediums on a first come first served basis we cannot guarantee that accommodation displayed as available online will still be available at the time a reservation is requested.
Rates advertised serve as a guideline only and may exclude booking and service fees and breakage deposits. We will contact you with a final, all inclusive quote for your consideration.
A fifty percent deposit is required to secure any booking and the balance is payable 30 days prior to occupation. Accordingly if a booking is made to commence within 30 days then full payment is required.
The fifty percent deposit is non-refundable and the balance is refunded, less administration fees, only if the unit is subsequently booked for the same period.
We do not allow any persons under the age of 21 to occupy any unit without adult supervision. Should we find unsupervised minors occupying any units, they will be evicted without a refund.
Overcrowding is not allowed. The maximum number of persons allowed, including children, may not exceed the maximum number of guests indicated for the unit. Should we find overcrowding the entire party will be evicted without refund.
