The newly developed complex has lawns for the children to play amongst a communal braai area and a rooftop swimming pool also with covered braai facilities. While you'll have no need for your car while visting Mahe, you may want to explore the surrounding areas and visit the many local attractions, such as our nine world class golf courses, the Wild Coast Sun casino and water amusement park, the magnificent Oribi Gorge, our world famous diving sites, snake parks and crocodile farms and racing and drifting track - to name but a few.
This unit at Mahe enjoys third floor 180 degree sea views while being accessed from its parking garage on the same level - ideal for mobility challenged guests. The three bedroom, air conditioned unit is sunny, bright and spacious and is well appointed with modern finishes and artwork completing the beach holiday feel.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all your day to day cooking amenities and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer to make your stay all the more comfortable. It is open plan to a sit down dining suite and comfortable lounge area with a flat screen television with satellite decoder and DVD player. The air conditioned living area opens through sliding doors to a balcony with el-fresco dining suite, braai facility and magnificent views of the Margate fishing pier below and the beach to the north.
Six guests are comfortably accommodated in three bedrooms serviced by two modern bathrooms - the main bedroom with sea views has an air conditioner and an en-suite bathroom with a massage function shower, the second bedroom (with double bed) and third bedroom (two singles) are serviced by a second modern bathroom (with bath) and all rooms have ceiling fans.
The complex is secure with remote controlled gates and the unit is allocated a double lock up garage. Linen is provided for all the beds but guests should bring their own beach and bath towels. Daily servicing is available on request (subject to availability and additional charge) but the unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and equipped with a complimentary starter kit of toilet paper, bathroom and dishwashing soaps. The satellite decoder receives the Openview bouquet but guests can upgrade to the full Multichoice bouquet by bringing their own decoder or hiring one locally.

As we accept reservations through various mediums on a first come first served basis we cannot guarantee that accommodation displayed as available online will still be available at the time a reservation is requested.
Rates advertised serve as a guideline only and may exclude booking and service fees and breakage deposits. We will contact you with a final, all inclusive quote for your consideration.
A fifty percent deposit is required to secure any booking and the balance is payable 30 days prior to occupation. Accordingly if a booking is made to commence within 30 days then full payment is required.
The fifty percent deposit is non-refundable and the balance is refunded, less administration fees, only if the unit is subsequently booked for the same period.
We do not allow any persons under the age of 21 to occupy any unit without adult supervision. Should we find unsupervised minors occupying any units, they will be evicted without a refund.
Overcrowding is not allowed. The maximum number of persons allowed, including children, may not exceed the maximum number of guests indicated for the unit. Should we find overcrowding the entire party will be evicted without refund.
