Located in the heart of Uvongo, just a short stroll to the beach and the village, Topanga is a new modern complex centered around two sparkling swimming and kiddies splash pools set amongst green lawns and beautiful sea views.  Uvongo beach, just a 200m walk away, is favoured by locals and holidaymakers alike for its gentle waves and beautiful gorge setting, providing shelter from the wind and a spectacular waterfall gushing into a calm lagoon with canoe and pedal boats for hire.  It has a swimming and a tidal pool, restaurant, cafe, tuck shop and ice-cream parlour and is protected by lifeguards and shark nets.  Topanga is also just 150m stroll away from the Village centre where there is a selection of restaurants, take aways and pubs and well as supermarkets, doctors and pharmacies. While you'll have no need for your car while visting Topanga, you may want to explore the surrounding areas and visit the many local attractions, such as our nine world class golf courses, the Wild Coast Sun casino and water amusement park, the magnificent Oribi Gorge, our world famous diving sites, snake parks and crocodile farms and racing and drifting track - to name but a few.  

Our unit at Topanga is located on the top (second) floor offering great views of the breakers, sea and ocean beyond while also overlooking the swimming pools and gardens below.  It is a beautifully appointed apartment with modern finishes and decor to complete the beach holiday feeling.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all your day-to-day cooking amenities as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.  It is open plan, over a breakfast counter, to a comfortable lounge with LCD television, DVD player and DSTV decoder with the full premium bouquet.  The lounge leads through sliding doors onto the covered balcony with sturdy, comfortable el-fresco dining suite and a large gas braai.  The unit has two bedrooms, both of them with an en-suite bathroom - the main bedroom with a double bed, 32" television and shower ; and the second bedroom with two single beds and a bath. There is also a double sleeper couch in the lounge. 

The unit is allocated one covered parking bay and there is open visitor and trailer parking available (first come first served) in the secure complex with electric gates.  Linen is provided for all the beds but guests should bring their own beach and bath towels.  The unit is cleaned and equipped with toilet paper, bathroom and dishwashing soaps prior to your arrival but daily servicing and consumable refills are not provided during your stay, unless on request subject to availability and charge.

Booking terms
  1. As we accept reservations through various mediums on a first come first served basis we cannot guarantee that accommodation displayed as available online will still be available at the time a reservation is requested.

  2. Rates advertised serve as a guideline only and may exclude booking and service fees and breakage deposits. We will contact you with a final, all inclusive quote for your consideration.

  3. A fifty percent deposit is required to secure any booking and the balance is payable 30 days prior to occupation. Accordingly if a booking is made to commence within 30 days then full payment is required.

  4. The fifty percent deposit is non-refundable and the balance is refunded, less administration fees, only if the unit is subsequently booked for the same period.

  5. We do not allow any persons under the age of 21 to occupy any unit without adult supervision. Should we find unsupervised minors occupying any units, they will be evicted without a refund.

  6. Overcrowding is not allowed. The maximum number of persons allowed, including children, may not exceed the maximum number of guests indicated for the unit. Should we find overcrowding the entire party will be evicted without refund.
