Ibiza is centrally located, just a 300m stroll to Margate main beach and the bustling town bursting with a selection of beachfront restaurants and take-aways, pubs and cocktail bars, nightclubs and jazz bars.  A favourite with holidaymakers, the kilometre long lifeguard and shark protected beach with paddling and olympic swimming pools, is host to seasonal beach events, live music, and a hive of activity and entertainment. 

Our comfortable and well appointed three bedroom apartment at Ibiza offers good beach, breaker and ocean views;  spacious, airy and flowing entertainment areas, and large sunny bedrooms. The generous balcony with el-fresco patio suite and gas braai has access to the kitchen over a breakfast counter on the one side, or through full height sliding doors to the lounge on the other, bringing everyone together and conducing a holiday feeling.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all your day to day cooking requirements and there is a washing machine for your convenience. The comfortable lounge area has flatscreen television with satellite channels and has a separate adjoining indoor dining area for windy days.  The large main bedroom enjoys sea views from the double bed, and has a work desk and en-suite bathroom (bath with stand-in shower).  The second and third sunny bedrooms have two single beds each (can be pushed together) and share a second bathroom (bath only). 

The complex is secure with access control pedestrian and remote controlled electric gates.  The unit is allocated a single lock-up garage and there is limited guest parking available (first come first served). Linen is provided for all the beds but guests should bring their own beach and bath towels and bedding for a maximum two additional guests.  Daily servicing is available on request (subject to availability and charge) but the unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and equipped with a complimentary starter toilet papers, bathroom and dishwashing soaps. The unit has an OVHD decoder with limited channel selections but guests can bring their own DStv decoder or hire locally for a wider channel selection. 

Situated 130km south of Durban, the Hibiscus Coast offers an abundance of attractions and activities.  With nine world class courses the area is popular with golfers;  scuba divers flock to our world famous reefs and wrecks;  and families charter ocean safaris, deep sea fishing or shark cage diving trips.  The magnificent Oribi Gorge, a 400m deep and 5km wide canyon, offers spectacular view sites and game drives, as well as a host of adrenalin activities including the world's highest bungi swing and world's first 'straight-down' 1km zipline, abseiling down a waterfall, white water rafting, suspension bridges, downhill scooter tours, horse riding and 4X4.  The Wild Coast Sun Casino is home to a water theme park with some of the world's fastest rides and their river club offers water skiing, jet skis, speedboats, tube rides and booze cruises.  We have and butterfly, snake and crocodile farms with the world's oldest croc;  the world's smallest desert; the only approved motor racing and drifting circuit in the province; and our local airport offers daily flights to Johannesburg and scenic helicopter flips over the area and adjacent wild coast.  But most people visit simply for our perpetual warm weather and shark protected, world-class Blue Flag status beaches and lagoons with canoes, pedal boats, umbrellas and beach chairs for hire; and ice cream, cocktails and curios for sale.  Host to the famous Sardine Run, the annual Bike Week spectacle and revolving beach events, there is never a dull moment on the Hibiscus Coast. Booking terms
  1. As we accept reservations through various mediums on a first come first served basis we cannot guarantee that accommodation displayed as available online will still be available at the time a reservation is requested.

  2. Rates advertised serve as a guideline only and may exclude booking and service fees and breakage deposits. We will contact you with a final, all inclusive quote for your consideration.

  3. A fifty percent deposit is required to secure any booking and the balance is payable 30 days prior to occupation. Accordingly if a booking is made to commence within 30 days then full payment is required.

  4. The fifty percent deposit is non-refundable and the balance is refunded, less administration fees, only if the unit is subsequently booked for the same period.

  5. We do not allow any persons under the age of 21 to occupy any unit without adult supervision. Should we find unsupervised minors occupying any units, they will be evicted without a refund.

  6. Overcrowding is not allowed. The maximum number of persons allowed, including children, may not exceed the maximum number of guests indicated for the unit. Should we find overcrowding the entire party will be evicted without refund.
